Caravan Coffee

We are based in the Goshen Indiana area. Started in the summer of 2021, the roasting was started out of a love for coffee, and a love for experimenting with different origins. Because of how small we are, we order in our green beans in small batches, meaning our selection changes about every two months. If you have an origin you are looking for, and it's in season, let us know, and we can order it. We can easily customize any order, if you are looking for a dark roast, light roast, decaf blends, or anything else, let us know! All of our coffee is roasted to order, and weighed after moisture loss, to give a true 16 ounces. We generally order South American beans, with an occasional African origin mixed in. We order low acid coffees, with an emphasis on a smooth taste, whether it's drip brew or espresso. Air roasting is also unique, only being used on 5% of all coffee roasted in the world. It cleans away all the dirt and chaff that are in the in roasted beans, emphasizing the smoothness, with no bitter flavors.
